    After waiting for 8 years, paying huge interest in bank and room rent at last I received my offer of possession letter with a lot of new illegal charges which was not mention in my buyer agreement.
    The most surprised I found in the letter that I was not paid a single penny for late penalty charges.

    RPS is also not allowing me to see the UNIT and i was told that once you clear the amount then only i can see the UNIT and moreover there customer care agents are behaving so rudely and i was told by one agent name SUNIL that pay the due amount and take the position else you have to pay 18 % interest on next day. They are not listening anything about late penalty. I sent multiple mail to there MD Mr. R.C. GUPTA and SHAZIA but they are not replying anything.

    I supposed to get around 3 lakhs INR from RPS as late penalty charges. now i made up my mind that i donated that amount to the the 3 beggars name as R.C. GUPTA ,SHAZIA and there chamcha Rajesh JAIN.

    I would suggest everybody in NCR not to book any apartment in RPS.

    These guys are behaving like they have done favor to buyers for not charging escalation charges. the paragraph /clause in BBA is meant for the builder and to confuse buyers that prices are escalation free but ….. whats the point of including this . they have not paid any single penny to any buyer as delay in possession whereas they they have taken their sweat time to enjoy with our money. Really frustrated with RPS . Dealy is on their part and not on us then why no penalty on the ground that we are not charging any escalation charges. Same way is for other project in RPS PALMS .
